CyberHate

The House of Representatives are trying to get a legislation passed against Cyber hate. To me this is a really stupid idea because how can one even know when its being done? Just because something is illegal doesn't stop people from doing it unless they have a chance of being caught. To me, one wouldn't know when it was happening unless the one being abused tells someone but then that even has problems because they could be lying and/or the one that's being the abuser. Most things on the Internet have a block button so if someone is abusing you then you should just block them, after all that's what the button is for in the first place. So in conclusion I don't think this is necessary at all.
